How to sync files and folders across all devices

Hi

I have Dropbox installed on a desktop, smartphone and surface pro 9 however after installing on surface pro 9 none of my folders or files are showing up. How do I sync them?

    Can you please let us know the version of the app you installed on your surface? Could it be that it's the Dropbox lite App for Windows in S mode and not the regular desktop app?
