I am the owner of a shared folder. How do I remove my access without making a new owner?
I am the owner of a shared folder for an organization with which I am no longer affiliated. How do I remove my access to the folder without making a new owner?

Hey Snelephant, I hope you're doing well!
You can either unshare the folder entirely, remove individual members or pass the ownership to someone else if you wish to be the only one removed from it.
I hope this clarifies!

Thanks for the reply.
I should clarify:
- I am the owner of the folder and I want to remove my access.
- I need the folder and its contents to remain available to the existing members. Unsharing the folder will delete the files from each member's account, which I do not want.
- I do not want to make someone else the owner.
Thanks,
Kerry

Thanks for your fast reply Snelephant!
In that case, I'm afraid there's not much that we can do.
What you wish to achieve isn't feasible.

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the other members of the shared folder. There should still be a way for me to remove myself as owner without deleting the folder.
Thanks,
Kerry
