I can see my files in Finder, but not on the Dropbox website

Hey tcuker, thanks for the screenshot!
Is it possible that you have a different Dropbox account linked on your desktop app?
You should be able to see the linked account if you visit the app's preferences under Account tab.
And when you go online you can see your account's settings here.
