I cannot get my Dropbox to download all my files to my Mac. I tried all I could
I cannot get all my Dropbox files to be downloaded. The selected folders and files show up after updating the preference. But the files have zero bytes. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
Hi James C.81, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tried right clicking the Dropbox folder and choose Make available offline to have all the files download?
This will help me to assist further!
