I cannot share links. Getting an error as "Banned Member"

Hi,   Please help me. I cannot share links. Getting an error as "Banned Member". Could you help me to resolve this issue please ?   Thank you

Hi,

 

Actual I didn't receive any emails from dropbox. It is only yerterday I noticed this and I thought it is becasue of an error. But now I cannot create links files. This is what i'm getting always
