1 year agoHi Hoanguyen2, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
In general, you would receive this message when going over your daily bandwidth limits for your Dropbox account and plan.
Did you receive any email regarding this matter?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, Jay,
Usually, I will receive notifications from Dropbox that the storage capacity is almost full or should upgrade to a higher version for more advanced functions.
As for the violations of Dropbox's terms, there has not been any notification to my email.
Therefore, I am not sure which Dropbox terms I have violated when my storage capacity is at 70%.

This message isn't related to the quota amount on your account, but the daily limits when using shared links and file requests. It could also be related to the content you share.
Is any of that possible from what you saw on the article?

Uhm, I think this issue is not related to the content or the titles of the shared files.
These folders I have been sharing with 3 other people before (last year and last month) and now I want to share them with 1 more person. I even tried with all the folders and could not share any folder with others. (T_T)- Jay1 year ago
