1 year agoHey borii, have you restarted your computer, to see if that makes any difference?
If not, can you send us a screenshot showing that your backup appears as complete?

This is strange, because it does show that the backup is almost 33 GB.
Can you send us a couple of screenshots showing the discrepancy between the actual hard drive and what you see on the backups page, please?

I crossed out my folder titles for privacy but I have a lot of files and all I'm seeing on Dropbox is 0 items.
