I have exactly the same problem with exporting from Adobe Premiere or Media Encoder.
Exporting from DaVinci Resolve works fine.
I’m on macOS 15.6, using an M1 Max MacBook Pro, and Dropbox version 236.4.5918.

This seems to be specific to the third-party apps that you’re using, and not Dropbox.
Have you also quit the Dropbox app as a test, and the issue persists?
There has also been a new stable Dropbox app version released in the meantime (237.4.5655), so please make sure that your desktop app has been updated.
