hi Megan
thanks for the quick response.
I only have asingle dropbox account, so that is not the issue.
I created these uRL links for around 20.000 images of our own products so we can use them to create listings online. I saved all these links on a excel spreadhseet, each one allocated against the product they relate to. I have bene using these links withoua problem for over a year now, but I noticed yesterday that I was getting the same messages as everybody else on this chat, and I simply cannot access none of the links now 😞 which is a very worrying thing for us, as we need them all the time.
Have you found a solution to the other members on this chat?

2 years agoHey achiesuk - could you please clarify if the links work fine if you copy and paste them on a web browser instead of accessing them through your Excel spreadsheet?
Can you see the links to those files listed here?
Does this happen with those shared links only or is it affecting new links as well?

the links don't work either way now, not through the excel sheet or cut and paste into a browser, I get the very same message of no access.
If you have access to my files, you can see the full spreadsheet under All files - All images linked - see the excell file at the bottom, those are all the links I produced that worked just fine until afew days ago, but now stopped 😞
surely this is not a problem with the links, that worked before, but with the system that is not allowing anybody with the link to have access to it, for some reason that I dont understand, but I hope you do
Please let me know your views
Thanks

achiesuk, we can’t see any account info on the forum unfortunately to double check this for you.
However, did you open the page Walter linked above? Are you seeing your shared links there perhaps?
If you create a new shared link now, does it show any errors?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

hi Nancy
I can see the shared links that Walter mentioned, that is not an issue. But the issue here is that I need thes elinks in bulk, which Dropbox fails to provide a way to get unfortunately. I had to find away to produce such links in bulk, whcih i did, and they worked for a year+, but now they stopped and I am getting the error message I shared above.
I used the same method to create all links for all images, but for 90% of them I am being denied access now by Dropbox, for the 10% I atill have access, which is odd. See below a couple of examples:
one works:
and the other does not:

I simply don't understand why Dropbox is denying access to the bulk of these links, that is my problem
I hope you can help
