I think my tax documents were scanned and uploaded to Dropbox by someone

Is it possible to have someone at Dropbox to scan servers to find my sensitive information that was uploaded by somebody?

Hi Yofavblackguy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It wouldn't be possible for Dropbox to search for specific files on our servers, if you suspect that they were uploaded to an account.

If you have any information on any specific shared link, or otherwise, that contain your personal details, you can forward this to abuse@dropbox.com for the appropriate team to investigate further.

Let me know if you need any more assistance.
