Hi Buck5271, Mike B.40, since there are two usernames here, this means that you have two separate Dropbox accounts, and have been logging into different accounts.
Please double-check which email you're seeing when logged in on this page, and make sure it's the same email on all your devices.

Can you see your phone and laptops on the devices page?

Hi Jay,
No, my S25 Galaxy Phone is not listed as a device along with my two laptops, and I cannot find where I can ADD a device/my S25+ to the Dropbox account.
