iPad Won’t Stop Copying Files to Dropbox
Downloaded 2 files to my iPad from the internet. Then tried to copy them to Dropbox. Did not seem to work at first glance. (Bad internet connection?) So I kept trying to do it, in frustration. Day...

2 years agoHi, I'm curious about the types of files you're trying to add to Dropbox and how you are adding them.
Did you add them through the Dropbox Files.app integration?
If that's the case, you might want to try the following steps:
Open the Dropbox iOS app -> open the Account tab -> open Settings -> select Native Files.app Integration -> choose 'Clear cache' to see if it resolves the issue

The files are both mp3.
Not really, I think. The iPad has a built-in Share function that integrates with Dropbox. Dropbox itself did not get directly used. That may be the source of the problem.
