Is there any way to specify a specific folder to sync to instead of the Camera Uploads folder?

I want my photos from a 3rd party camera app on my Samsung s7 phone to sync to a specific folder on my pc.

Right now, I am only able to sync the photos to the Camera Uploads folder (the default folder). Is there any way

to specify a specific folder to sync to instead of the Camera Uploads folder?
