Again, thank you for getting involved. Iâm not sure if youâre able to offer any help, but Iâm afraid the person who I am in contact with isnât being very helpful.
I explained this clearly, but first he suggested that itâs my Dropbox plan (did he even read my question?) and now he suggests itâs my device⊠this unfortunately doesnât get me any further (I already tried another device).
