Issue with Logic Pro files (.logicx)

Again, thank you for getting involved. I’m not sure if you’re able to offer any help, but I’m afraid the person who I am in contact with isn’t being very helpful.
I explained this clearly, but first he suggested that it’s my Dropbox plan (did he even read my question?) and now he suggests it’s my device
 this unfortunately doesn’t get me any further (I already tried another device).
