Hi everyone,
For the past 24 hours i've run into a new problem.
I own the files, but the delete button disabled.
Is this a glitch?
Thanks

Would you mind clarifying the plan you're currently using, and also send us a few screenshots, in order for us to have a visual too?
Thanks a bunch!

Above is what the menu looks like with Delete greyed out. I am on the Advanced for Business plan.

Thanks for the screenshot, Melissa!
Is this a personal file of yours? I know you mentioned it works in the desktop app, but does the deletion go through to the account online, when you use the app to remove content?

It is a file located within a shared folder on the website. I normally access through the desktop app which appears to be working fine. However, I do have co workers off-site that only access through the web for the same files. Both of us are having the same issue with the same shared files. I checked other files and it had the same issue. I made sure to check files that would not be in use by someone else.

Has anyone found a solution for this issue? We're experiencing the same thing and nothing seems to fix the issue.
Thanks!
