Lost access to my pictures from a shared link
Hello! I had a family photo session and the link shared no longer works. Is there a length of time where the link becomes inactive? Would the best solution be to reach out to the photographer?

If the shared link was created by the photographer, then you'd need to contact them directly to see if they still have the files.
The link would no longer be valid if they delete the files or the link directly.
Keep me posted.
