My access to shared links is paused - how can I resolve this?

I've contacted support but have heard nothing back yet. I have a Dropbox business acount so my file system heirarchy being funcitional is very important. 

All of my links have been interrupted and are now broken because of this issue. I'd like to resolve it as quickly as possible to provide my customers with the best experience.

    When did you log the ticket? 

    Remember that support isnt available on a weekend so it wont be picked up now until Monday.
