My Dropbox app has stopped syncing and I can't make files online-only.

How do I make online only when  the option has disappeared as dropbox has stopped syncing?

    Thanks for posting on our forum today, Ardent B.! Welcome back. 

    If the Dropbox app has stopped syncing, then you may not be able to use all Dropbox features indeed. 

    To further assist though, can you clarify why your Dropbox app is currently not syncing on your computer? Have you run out of hard drive space for example, or is there something else going on? 

    It’d also be helpful to have a screenshot of your desktop app’s exact syncing status and app version.

    Give me a nudge, once you have more details.
