My Dropbox is not syncing to any of my devices
My Dropbox is not syncing to any of my devices. This has been going on for a couple of months. I have tried updating. deleting and reinstalling the app, etc.
Please help!

3 years agoHi fpulley, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is the Dropbox desktop application running and syncing on your computer?
What is the current status of the app when you click the icon on the system tray/menu bar, in the message on the bottom left?
This will help me to assist further!

What does it say if you mouse over it?

It doesn't do anything, I have made sure that I am actually signed into Dropbox.

It should do something.... it should display text saying something like
Dropbox 183.3.6667
Up to date
(Thats what mine is showing now).
If its not doing ANYTHING it sounds like its crashed so try a reboot and/or reinstall from www.dropbox.com/downloading

Thanks,
Frank
