Android devices not syncing with my PC
I have Dropbox set up on 3 devices, my Windows PC, an Android tablet and an Android mobile phone. The two android devices are no longer syncing with the main PC app. I have cleared cache via the Dropbox settings, logged out and on again, and deleted & downloaded the Dropbox again. Still no luck with syncing to the PC.
Phone - Android 14 & Dropbox 386.2.2
Tablet - Android 13 & Dropbox 386.2.2
Yes. All seems ok now. Thank you.

Hi JGGB, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, are the Android apps both signed into the same Dropbox account as the PC?
What exactly do you see on the mobile app, if they aren't showing any new files from the site or PC?
Any other info or screenshots (while hiding personal names) would be helpful!

Thank you for the prompt response. I have 3 devices linked to my free Dropbox account. I can see most files and folders on the PC version but eg two files I have been updating on the PC have not been synd on the android devices for at least a month.
I uploaded some files this am to the android phone DP app and they immediately appeared on the tablet DP app proving that sync between android devices works.

Maybe I'm using DP incorrectly?
On my PC, I go into Dropbox files via Windows File Manager, but I've just realised that the files are stored in c:\\Dropbox\.....
How do these files get synced to the DP app?

All weird. I went to download the DP Desktop app and every device synced together.

Thanks for the update, just to check then, are all the files appearing as normal on the Android devices?
