My Google Drive upload is stuck and I can't cancel or re-upload my video.
I tried to upload a large video file from my Google Drive, and it started all fine, and i saw the loading bar progressing. But at some point i refreshed the page and the downloading popup disappeared...

Refreshing your web browser will indeed interrupt the uploading process of your files on the Dropbox website.
However, can you walk me through the exact steps you took in order to add this file to your Dropbox account? Did you try to do so via our “Import from Google Drive” feature, or via a manual upload?
Other than that, can you send me a full screenshot of the pop-up message saying that you’re already uploading files from Google Drive?
We’ll go from there.
