My share link won't work with "?" inside the link.
I am trying to have my server auto download a cache link, but my server does not support the "?" inside of the link between the Cache.zip and rlkey. How can I modify this to work without it.

You cant modify how Dropbox produces links I'm afraid.
All I can suggest is trying to mask the link via something like Bit.ly ?
