My sharing activity has been interrupted, but I don't know why

My sharing ability has been suspended, but I'm not sure why. I read the article on the list of possible reasons, but it my Dropbox doesn't tell me which one and I don' think I've violated anything. I'm on a Basic plan, so getting support assistance has been impossible. Everything route I try to follow just leads me to the same article. Any ideas on how to remedy it?

Hi mikeshack81, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do you think that you have any shared links on your account that could've breached the daily bandwidth limit, perhaps from being shared to many people to view?

This will help me to assist further!

Thank you for the quick response!

It's possible, but I must admit that I'm not sure what that limit is or what kinds of files would trigger that. I have 30GB of files and I do share some folders (mostly filled with Word docs), but I've never run into this problem before and I've had Dropbox for a decade. I get the same error even if I'm trying to share a single folder with one file in it (as a test).

I'm happy to delete or change anything.
