My sharing has been disabled. How can I fix that?

I received a notification that sharing has been disabled, however the files I am trying to share contain no malware or unauthorized content.  How to get the account to generate links for sharing again?

Hey boopbockxer, welcome back to our forum.

Your sharing activity may be interrupted due to one of the reasons listed here

However, to further assist, we’ll need to log a ticket for you instead and look into this internally. Now, I can see you had an older support ticket that was closed automatically due to inactivity after a while.

I can definitely open a new one for you. Can you clarify though if you can access the email address you see on this page

Let me know and we'll go from there.
