Need help unbanning public links
Howdy! My wife uploaded a ginormous file to our shared folder not realizing that it would be way over the limit and I received an email saying that my public links have been disabled temporarily. The Unban link did not work and the error page advised me to contact support. The Dropbot is absolutely useless, so I'm hoping someone here can advise me on the next step to take. Thank you!
No worries. The error message is still there when I click the unban link but just testing with a second browser, it looks like my links are working.

Hey djsigaty - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you clarify when you received the email and if this is your first ban?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
