Hey there, which browser are you using? Could you try a different browser, or even running in Incognito or Private Browsing mode?
Another more basic question, is any file or folder selected on the Dropbox page? If so, you'll only get file actions and not options to create a new folder. - sydnewell8 years agoHelpful | Level 5
The last suggestion did not help. I don't have any folders selected and I still am not seeiing the New Folder option.

Hello, sydnewell (and albufeirasurfsu)...
Please post a screenshot or two so we can see first-hand what you're viewing (minus any sensitive information).

Hello, albufeirasurfsu (and sydnewell)...
If you're logged-in to Dropbox.com and then click-on the "My Files" link (left-hand side)... do you see a "New Folder" link (right-hand side)?
View the screenshot examples below:
Let us know if above helped or not.
Otherwise, please post a screenshot or two so we can see exactly what you're viewing.

The screenshot below shows you precisely what Double-AgentJay :sunglasses: is referring to if you have a file/folder selected (checked). The "New Folder" link is replaced by the file action choices.

Hello, sydnewell...
I'm glad that you found out why the "New Folder" option wasn't originally in-view on your device.
It's always best to maximize your browser window so that you can view a website's complete contents.
Thank you for posting what solved your particular problem :white_check_mark:

This didn't work for me. I have one dropbox account where it is fine and another where it isn't.
Help!

Hi craiglandarchLA, the website has changed since that image, now there should be an ellipsis on the right when you click the folder, like so:
From there, you can download the folder to your machine. Hope this helps!
