No files showing on my Android app after changing phones
Hi, I upgraded to a new mobile and only yesterday I clicked on Dropbox app. It asked me to sign in, so I did but nothing showing.
So went back to my old phone, and same again.
I have 3 emails I tried the other 2 which I'm pretty sure I didn't use to register plus it was saying this email is not linked. As for the other email I'm like 99% sure that's what I used to register. I've gone on 3 emails and changed passwords but still nothing showing. I'm really gutted as I had alot of sentimental pics, videos and audios on there. Have been in touch with Dropbox via FB messenger but not really helpful.
I was told it could be that ive not logged on over 12 month's, tbh i hardly do log in but im quite sure that inhave done within 12 months. I've not shared or deleted any files either. The links they sent me on Facebook i can't access keeps saying blocked for some reason
This is the message it comes up with

Hi Jujhar, thanks for messaging the Community.
Could you check to see which account is signed into your other devices by following these steps?
Do you see the mobile device and your other devices on your account here?
This will help me to assist further!

Are you able to see your desktop and mobile device on this page?

I'm not sure I'm really not familiar with it all. I can see the dash and can see my logo and email on the top

The person I was chatting to on Facebook said maybe beacuse I've been inactive for over 12 months. But I'm pretty sure I have logged on within that time, I'm quite certain tbh. I had an issue like this on my old mobile where nothing was showing I logged back in and it was all there. I got a new mobile few months ago and copied everything over this new device. I only tried logging yesterday and had to add email again. Nothing showing on all 3 emails. Checked old device same again I was logged out so logged back in but nothing. Both devices are Android. Just thought these details may help you to help me. Thanks

Could you attach a screenshot showing the device list on the website, for each of your 3 emails?
