Not syncing after router upgrade

so I upgraded my router. Verizon fios 5g. and since then my dropbox is taking forever to upload files I add.  Had a similar problem with my google drive but that seemed to repair itself somehow.  I h...

They do, you'd just need to look up the info on the website of your router's manufacturing company.

date seems fine.  I'm wondering if I need to upgrade my ethernet card now that my router is 5g?
