One desktop machine isn't syncing to Dropbox any more, why?
I have two desktops and a notebook connected to Dropbox. One desktop and and notebook connect consistently and is kept up to date on what ever is happening on the other. One desktop has connected in the past but is no longer doing so. Although I have it 'on' in startup, it doesn't start on startup. No Dropbox icon appears in the taskbar and the files are not updated in the desktop folders although they are present and correct online. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me, in easy to understand language, how I can ensure that my inconsistent device connects all the time.
Best wishes
Brian

Hi Brian39, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What OS are you running on that machine?
Could you trying reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!
