Thank you for your help.
I’ve been receiving daily emails every time I use Dropbox, with each day showing a data usage exceeding 20GB, sometimes even 50GB.
However, the strange thing is that I couldn’t have used that much — my actual usage is only around 5GB, or even just 400–500MB — yet I still receive those emails and get locked out.
