"Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic." Please help!
I outsource my work and make my content available to a number of individuals that need access to it. I am currently unable to share my links anymore do to: "Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic."
I have purchased the top DB plan and STILL no one can access my links! Did I just waste money on this subscription plan? I have included the messages I have received below. This concerns my livelihood so any help would be very much appreciated.

Hey LB15 - sorry to hear about this.
It seems that your shared links were banned due to excessive traffic/bandwidth usage.
Is this the first time this happens?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Yes I need help immediately! As I said I have purchased the highest upgrade to dropbox and it is still not working! It is the next day as well, what is going on?!

Hey LB15. If this is the first time you’re having this issue, then the ban will be automatically lifted within 24h.
Please keep in mind that upgrading your Dropbox account won’t resolve the banned links issue, but rather increase your bandwidth in the future (depending on the plan you’ve chosen).

I can't afford a standard plan which seems the only option for increasing bandwidth for sharing. I already mistakenly increased to a more expensive plan that doesn't improve bandwidth. Are these bandwidth rules new?

Not really, these bandwidth limits have been there for a long time.

It has been approx 24 hours and my links have not been restored.

Hey LB15, have you tried the link shown in your screenshot, about removing the suspension?
I'm guessing that'll allow you to contact our Support team, right?

I have already done that and this is what I see.
