    Hi rhstowe - I'm a product manager at Dropbox. I can understand that what you're seeing is frustrating and doesn't make sense. Can I confirm a couple things with you - 

     

    1. Are the screenshots that you shared from Content Manager in the Admin Console? https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/content/
    2. When you go to All files (https://www.dropbox.com/home), do you see the same list of Shared Folders, i.e. Biosafety, HR, etc at the root, or just the Team Folder, i.e Website?
