It sounds like access to your sharing was paused on your account.
Have you checked this article to see if any of the files you're trying to share, or have already shared, breaches the Terms of Service? You can also take a look here for more info.
Do you still face the same behavior when trying to share your content?
If so, then do you notice this with every file/folder you're trying to share, or just with a specific one?
