Receiving message of "Couldn't remove member"
Hi,
I am trying to remove a member from a shared folder but am receiving a message back saying "couldn't remove member".
Have tried both from Desktop and Website versions.
I am the owner of the folder.
I can change whether the member can "edit" or "view". But the person has left the organisation and need to remove the member and files from their devices.

There's an ongoing issue that's affecting some users at the moment - probably that's why you're unable to complete this action.
