Recipient didn't get my file request

I sent a file request and nothing happened .

The recipient didn’t receive the request .

I used my IPhone and my iPad

Don’t have a laptop

    Hi John88, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Have they added no-reply@dropbox.com to their contacts list? Are you able to send the file request link again to their email?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    I will try and send the file request link again on my new laptop computer.

    The files were very large with 850 pages and I tried it on my I phone and I pad do not think there was enough space .

    Will try that then get back to you .
