Replace hard drive letter with folder drop box

Hello!
I am using windows 10
Can i replace the  hard drave letter with folder drop box
1. Will my files be saved ?

2. Dropbox will be updated ?

  • Hi evgenbaranenko, thanks for messaging the Community!

In Windows, it isn't possible to rename a drive letter to a word. Only the 'descriptive name' would change, which according to your screenshot is 'BASE'.

Renaming that wouldn't affect your Dropbox folder since the drive would still be located on e:.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
