If the link is not working you'll need to go back to the owner and request a new link. They could have deleted the file or removed the link.

Thanks for your reply!
I was wondering if I only have the URL, how can I go back to the owner?
The URL placed here will be removed. Can I send you the URL and see if you can access this file?
Thanks sincerely again!

Hi xjh, I hope you're doing well!
I've removed all the shared links for security reasons. Could you specify the error message you get when trying to access the link? Have you tried accessing it, using a different browser by any chance?
Also, is it safe to assume that the link was sent to you by someone else, and it's not a file you own in your Dropbox account?
Let me know more!
