Saving Videos from Dropbox
Just recently, the videos that I add to dropbox from my desktop are not saving into my gallery on my phone. How do I get around this issue?

If videos added to Dropbox from your desktop aren't showing up in your phone's gallery, try these steps: First, ensure that syncing is enabled for the folder containing your videos in the Dropbox app settings on your phone. If they don't appear automatically, manually download the dg customer service videos from Dropbox to your phone. Next, check your phone's gallery settings to manually refresh or scan for new media. Restart both your phone and the Dropbox app, and make sure both are updated to the latest versions. Verify that Dropbox has permission to access your phone's storage. If needed, consider transferring the videos using a USB cable or a file manager app as an alternative solution.
