sending dropbox attachment on iphone
Hi there
on my iphone 13 pro when i send an email i double click on email message and then click attach file but then when i click on dropbox on locations nothing happens. This hasnt happened before and not sure why it is now.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Matthew G.11, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try temporarily disabling the Dropbox from the Locations, rebooting the device, re-enabling it and see if you can access it again?
Are you using cellular data or a WiFi network to access the internet?

I disabled and enabled ie pressed button so went off green and then repressed so went green but still no luck. Is that what you mean?

Are you using the Email app on your iPhone, or a specific email app, like Gmail, etc. to send your emails?
- I have email on my iPhone ie hotmail / my work 365 and am composing emails and can’t seem to attach anything from Dropbox .

Is there a specific app you're using? Is it the Apple Mail app, the Microsoft Outlook app, or another app when accessing your inbox?

Im not using an app, i have email on my iphone and when i create email and double tap and then click attach file it wont let me know attach a dropbox document.

Okay, how are you accessing your email then on your phone if you're not using an app? Is it through a browser, or does an app load up showing you your inbox?
