Hello Mike4500, sorry to hear about your sharing issue.
Since Dropbox has a few different ways to share files (Shared folders, Dropbox Transfer, Shared links), can you please send me the steps you take to share the files?
Thank you!

I think I clicked Share, then selected Dropbox Transfer, clicked Create Transfer, clicked Send email in blue box, entered the recipient's email address and a brief message and lastly I clicked the blue SEND button. Thank you.

Hi Mike4500, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is the Transfer still active on your Dropbox account itself? Have the other users checked their spam folders in case the email went there?
Could you ask them to add no-reply@dropbox.com to their contacts list and try sending the transfer again?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey Mike4500, sorry to jump in here.
Are you receiving the confirmation email on your end that you created the transfer?

Yes plus a series of emails from Dropbox alerting me that there have not been any downloads yet. I did get it to work for one party when I resent using my Gmail.com address rather than comcast.net

Hmm, it doesn't really have to do with your email address, as those emails are sent to the recipients by Dropbox, not directly by you.
If instead of typing their email address, you copy and send them the link for the transfer, are they having any issues with that?

They finally found my messages in their JUNK file. All is now OK
