Question or Issue My son's business uses Dropbox....

1st answer ... yes, I have 2 TB
2nd answer ...no, they are not showing up there either.
3rd ... Tried resharing .... 😀 Looks like this worked. I re-shared the Business Operations folder, and it now seems to be working. So I've done the same thing with the other 2 folders that were a problem and they also look like they are now there.
THANK YOU !!!

Sorry, I wasn't well for a few days. I also wanted to get some screen prints that I'm hoping I can attach here to explain my problem.
This is a screenshot of the folders that are in Dropbox for the person who is sharing information with me. I have access to all of these folders except the 1st one (Private Work), Government Filings and the 3 PC ones.
But when I go into Dropbox Sync options on my computer, I don't get the option to sync all of them that I have access to. Although it shows "Business Operations", there are no folders showing within it (and there are many of them that exist online). Also, the bottom 2 folders that begin with "z. " do not show up at all.
I would greatly appreciate understanding what is wrong here. Thanks.

30 days agoDo you have enough quota to see them? http://www.dropbox.com/account/plan
Also, do they appear online at http://www.dropbox.com/home or not?
The image also helps as that Business Operations folder is not shared on the device that you got 'DBR / Business Operations' screenshot from - if you look the folder image is different. Ask for it to be reshared, or, check you accepted it at http://www.dropbox.com/share
