Stuck folder across multiple users
I have a specific folder in a branch shared with multiple users, which won’t sync for none of the users who have it shared. Also, more worrying, the folder is NOT current when viewed from the web or ...

Hi all,
the issue resolved itself in a couple days, with minor loss of data (human error).

We had an outage a couple of hours before, so I am positive that some of the issues you mentioned stem from that.
Let's start with the syncing state of the folder: can you clarify the app's syncing status as we speak?
You mentioned that you're working on multiple devices, so it'd be good to have a specific troubleshooting point, in order to move forward.
As for the website, and the error you get there when creating folders: have you tried a different browser by any chance? What is the error you get?
As for the Rewind, I'd suggest you try that again, because 4 hours sounds like a long time, and I reckon the process might be stuck.
