Stuck on Indexing and Cannot access any files on mac
Hi,
I am having an issue where dropbox is stuck on indexing. I recently upgraded to the new version (mac) and I have had all sorts or problems since. I added my music library and it started syncing...

I think I figured out the issue. My HD was too low on space. I cleared some space and it seems to be syncing now so hopefully it all works out.

3 years agoHey bryangwin, sorry to see you're having this issue.
Which exact version of the Dropbox app do you currently have installed?
You can hover over the Dropbox icon to see this info.
Can you also quit the Dropbox app and then relaunch it from your applications folder, to see if that helps?
Keep me posted.

I get this error when I try to restart:
Couldn't start Dropbox.
This may be a temporary error. Please restart Dropbox.

but restarting it does not work
perhaps a restart of the computer again.
