Suspended and Can’t unban
I emailed a client and cc’d a few others a folder of files with the link to download the content. Unbeknownst to me, all recipients tried to download the files and now I’ve been suspended as it triggered excessive traffic. This is the first time it’s ever happened and I clicked to remove the suspension from the follow-up email but had an error attempting to unban myself. How can this be fixed?

Thanks for posting on the Community, PeeGeeTips!
If your sharing has been banned due to generating excess traffic, I’m afraid you can’t undo the ban on your end.
However, if this is the first time this has occurred, the ban should be automatically lifted after 24h have passed.
Let me know if you need more help.
