Syncing does not proceed on my fast W10 PC

I have DB 241.4.4853 on Win10 PC. Dropbox keeps Uploading 203,163 files and downloading 5 files, but no progress for days. I do not see any updated DB content on my laptop (my other computer, W11) Dropbox folders. I have very fast PC and light fiber connection 500 MB up and down. What may be the problem and solution? I have >700 MB on Dropbox, ca. 130 locally on my PC.

    I tried the solutions suggested on this chat, but they did not solve the issue. I then asked ChatGPT for advice and it worked. My dropbox is working correctly again. Thank you for following up with me!

    Bandwidth is set by Dropbox automatically. Still no progress in uploading nor downloading, not a single file goes up or down. Help appreciated

    Thanks! - I did that, I was not 100% sure if the installation was completed as I did not get any message such as "Installation completed", but did it twice. Dropbox still stuck on the downloads and uploads with no progress.

    Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?
