Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar at the moment?
This will help us assist further.

My MacOS is Ventura 13.2.1 and what I found here about the Dropbox is v197.4.7629

I should uninstall my current version and download the Standard Installer or Offline Installer (Apple Silicon)?
