"That didn't work for some reason" when viewing a shared link

I keep getting "That didn't work for some reason

If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help." when opening a link that was shared with me. I already asked for a new link to be sent it just gives the same result. 
  • So the issue was that I didn't have enough space for the shared folder. Would have been nice if Dropbox had just told me that.

    Hi Kvothe_The_Bloodless, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

     

    Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

     

    Keep me updated with any progress!
