I tried the method of his colleague Walter but nothing, this doesn't work either! I try and try again but nothing works... among other things I had already previously given the authorization

2 years agoCould you reboot your computer, unplug and re-plug the iPhone after restarting it as well and let us know if you still get the same error PORRITA?
If you do, we'd appreciate a screenshot too.

Good morning Walter, I have tried restarting my PC and iPhone several times... I have also tried pairing them several times but nothing seems to work...
It may be that it does this because my iPhone doesn't have much internal space to 'turn'- Walter2 years ago

When you say internal space, could you clarify what you mean exactly PORRITA?
