There is a Dropbox Transfer on my account that I didn't send
I got an email that I sent a file transfer. I did not create this transfer nor the file.
I got an email that I had recieved a file transfer from me. Again I did not send.
No one else has access to my account. I did a "security check" and changed my password just in case.
I am concerned that it looks like someone used my account to create a transfer

Hi plambeth06, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see the Dropbox Transfer on this page on your account?
Is your device logged into any other devices or browsers according to this page?
This will help me to assist further!

No I do not see the transfer in my account
No other devices should have access to my account, this is what is scary about this happening.

Hey plambeth06, let me also jump in here!
You did great in checking your Security page first.
I'd also suggest that you take a look at your account's Events page. The Events page gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.
That way you'll have a general idea of your content, and what happened there.

Thank you I checked my events and there is nothing from 12/4 when this happened. But the emails look valid from dropbox and information is "relevant" but I did not create a file or create a transfer
Here is screen shot of my events, nothing from 12/4

Hey plambeth06, can you also check if the email you received came from an official Dropbox domain, please?
If you have a screenshot of the email that your received, feel free to attach it here. Just make sure that no personal info is visible there.

Here is screen shot of email. It looks just like "real" ones I have done before.
I blocked out my email address and the link web address

Hey plambeth06!
Would you mind grabbing a screenshot of this page, and attaching it here in order for us to have a visual?

Here is screen shot the one with the arrow is the one I did not create. I did not create that file or create the transfer? It is a list of my husband's phone contacts

In that case, could it be that you or your husband somehow initiated that transfer by accident plambeth06?
Are you able to delete it through the ellipsis button?

I was hoping there was some way for Dropbox to be able to identify has this happened? My husband should not have access, he does have a computer that had Dropbox at one point, but I changed the password before this happened (earlier in November) on Dec 4 and then again once I found it happened. I have not deleted it because, I was hoping support could track it. Like the location, IP address etc I don't want to have to setup a whole new account.
