"Upload couldn't be completed" error when uploading a .mov 46 GB file from the iOS app
i recorded a podcast on my iphone but when i try to upload it on the dropbox app so i have it on my pc to edit, i keep getting the same error saying the upload couldn't be completed and that the file...

2 years agoAre you keeping Dropbox open?
If not you may find it easier to connect the phone to the computer and let Dropbox sync that way.

yes i am, and when i connect my phone to my pc via USB it doesn't show up in my files.

I see you mentioned that when you connect your phone to your PC, the video doesn't show up in your files; do you mean your Dropbox files?
Or does it seem like the file is not stored on your phone, when you connect the device to the PC?
If it shows up as stored on your phone, are you able to copy it to your PC?
